Not to get this blog off to a sad start, but this is the most significant thing that has happened in a while. Poor ol' Ljoska got tagged twice in the face by the shoed hooves of a much larger pony. Not once, but twice! Poor thing. It is two weeks later and she still hasn't recovered. The swelling has gone down a lot and she seems happy enough. I just hope she can pack on enough weight before the cold of winter hits. And boy does it get cold here. Keep your fingers crossed for the old girl and I will try to post something a bit more upbeat next time.
